Sara's daughter, Dr. Nikki has a Master's Degree from Harvard in Sustainability, where she learned about environmental toxins. She is also a mindset coach with powerful training for controlling one's reactions.

 Part 1:

You will be guided through a health rejuvenating detox protocol, while learning how toxins get into the body. 

Part 2:

You will then learn how to use food as

medicine and nourish the body for   

sustained health and energy.

 Part 3: 

Finally, you will be taught how to shop for and prepare the most delicious mouth-watering meals on the go.
